Josh Fallstar

Josh Fallstar is about 35 years old and met Lily Smith when she was 17 and hopelessly addicted to heroin. They met at the party scene and somehow Josh felt a need to help Lily, like she was a sister or niece he never had.
Lily didnt understand this at first. She was used to pleasing guys to get more drugs but Josh wanted her to stop. Josh helped Lily quit drugs and become the DJ she wanted to be.

Josh was part of a sound system group and he convinced Lily to help them out, keeping Lily busy and close so they could all keep an eye on her.
