1. The Beginning

Silvio Vecchi is the leader of the local Sept. We hear word form him through Carmine that we should get to the Moot in 4 days near Milan on Saturday. For non illegal good we talk to Milio.

We start around Turin. Francecso Cavour sleeps at the abbey of Sacra di San Michele, because he looks like he needs help and we give charity to the less well off. Sean Evans takes a run to the Abbey to meet up.

While we are talking about the message of Silvio Vecchi, a wolfdog comes trotting up, its probably Gaillard Rénard. I got a spare habit always ready in case Gaillard comes up.

We discuss what we want to do and talk about at the Moot and what we want to do. While we try to do that, Gaillard Rénard tries to seduce a monk, Vosco, and kinda succeeds. The poor monk gets really flustered and i advise him to go talk to Belbo Bacon to make confession.

While we are discussing what to do, Aengi Briarwood calls Sean Evans to ask for help. We decide to help and meet at the bad part of town.

Gaillard Rénard and me arrive first at the Falchera neighbourhood. me in human form and Gaillard in lupus form, its weird but I manage to not attract too much attention. While walking around we see that in 2019 the pentex corp rebuild apartments here. I take note for later.

Sean Evans arrives with the rest in his beater Fiat Ducato around noon. It smells bad like paint and dust. Aengi Briarwood tells us about the situation and i see it as an interesting mystery to solve. We have an approximate address and it seems like the same style of the other Pentex renovated apartment building. it looks absolutely abysmal and i smell a pungent dog smell.
The nameplates are mostly German. Its about 72 apartments spread on 12 floors. I check the spirit world with penumbral sense with some help of Aengi Briarwood.
The worlds fades and i see, not the beautiful light, but rotten trees and ooze. All trees go up into a big dark cloud that seems evil with a big red light in it. The spirits are static and jittery, kinda sick or corrupt, but there are some patches.
I look for some corrupt connection, and i see a red growth on the side of the tree. It seems to rhythmically pulse and spray puss. It seems to be on the 7th floor so i lead them towards that.

We take the elevator up to the 7th floor. I lead us to apartment 7C. The smell of dogshit is extremely strong. I cant really see through the door and walls because of the strong aura of dogshit that distracts me.
Francecso Cavour picks the locks and opens the door, silently. I see a jacket with Pentex logo on the coatrack, together with 3 leashes. There are 3 doors. behind one is the pitter patter of dogs, and behind another door is the sound of someone typing.
Sean Evans tries to sneak up to the typing but one of the dogs smells him and growls, making Sean Evans smack the door and growl back.

Sean, Frank and me go into the apartment, Sean and frank to attack and me to block the door with the dogs in it. Sean takes a bullet in the shoulder while the dogs are ripping chunks out of the door. These aren't normal dogs, and i try to get Gaillard inside to deal with the dogs. Gaillard stares down one of the dogs and makes it back off.
Aengi Briarwood closes the door again.

the other dog bites Frank and I whack it with my staff but it doesn't do anything. Gaillard runs past us to help Sean.

outside i hear Aengi Briarwood talk with someone when she kicks open the door and barges through everyone to get to the computer. The door is now open and the handle is pulled off, its useless.
We manage to end the combat, subduing the guy we were looking for.

I transform into Lupus form, claw around to make it seem like the dogs got wild and run down through the stairwell, while Aengi, Gaillard and Sean take the car while kidnapping the dude who took down the site of Aengi. Francecso Cavour makes a big ruckus, tearing up a door, jumping through the window, landing on a car and demolishing it while taking all the attention. I just manage to see the van they are driving off in and jump in.

We drive off to a secluded place. underway we try to ask him questions but it seems like an evil spirit has taken possession of this man and prevents him of speaking.
After a 2 hour drive we get to a secluded cabin but there is a ford focus already parked there. The man is named Herman Schwarz and 24 years according to his ID.

Gaillard Rénard and Sean Evans take Herman Schwarz and a bullshit story to the cabin to try to get the current people out. They will tell the current people that they are students and that their professor, Herman, has fallen really ill and we need the cabin. Due to the language barrier they use google translate and manage to get the guy to drive off. We all get into the cabin.

In the meantime Francecso Cavour is still in Turin, on the run form the police. He manages to get away and find some clothes. While Francesco is walking though Turin he sees a poster with the face of Sean Evans and to contact the authorities. It seems like a missings persons poster.

Its about 15:30. I try to get Herman Schwarz to confess with the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Herman does seem to react to Latin but I need help. I try to call the abbey to speak with Belbo Bacon for help with Sean Evans's phone, its between nonnes and vespers so Belbo should be available.
I get on the call with Belbo. I tell him i have someone who need help with repenting and finding the light. Belbo hangs up and calls me again, saying its now a secured line and i need to be more careful. Belbo tells me about an exorcism and he will come to me to learn me the ritual of exorcism.

Sean goes outside to hunt. The hunt and preparation goes great but the cooking needs some work...

Aengi Briarwood manages to hack into the computers and sees that in Süd-Tirol there is a Pentex hub. Also Herman seems to be an incel. They seem to harass the local women and their families, corrupting the neighbourhoor.
The last email Herman send was to Brandon 'PussyPounder' with the word "HATE HATE HATE" a lot.

An enormous direwolf arrives, its Belbo Bacon! He greets everyone respectfully and makes some smalltalk.
Belbo tells us that a Bane more easily corrupts the ones that are sinful and lustful, but still being posessed by a spirit is something nobody deserves. We will also take Sean Evans to learn the Rite of Abjuration.

We start with some prayer and preparations. The targets needs to be willing or incapacitated, so Sean chokes him with his bicep. We get in a circle, hold hands and chant the italian words. Herman Schwarz starts oozing black liquid out of his nose and ears while his face twists. Then he throws back his head and kinda pukes some black liquid in front of him.

The ritual succeeds and the bane is expelled. Aengi Briarwood asks him questions about why he did this. He is crying but Gaillard Rénard seems to calm him down and confuse him more.
It seems just general misogyny targeted at Aengi by chance and he just happens to also be Pentex. Herman will fix the damage he did to the website and then tells his hole sob story to Gaillard Rénard.
He mentions that Brandon 'PussyPounder' is the person who turned him onto all this bad thoughts. In the end we break him and set him up in an abbey to become a monk.
